The pole broke holding the spinner approximately 3mths after purchase. The store offers satisfaction on purchases. The store assured me a replacement was being sourced but after approximately 5mths and several calls made by me nothing has been resolved. No followup calls to me were made. I recently emailed the store and was ignored again. Customer service does not exist in this store. Don't waste your time shopping here if you wish to be looked after.

All the staff are very knowledgeable and really helpful and you don't have to chase the staff around the store to get assistance like you have to do with some of their competitors. Pleasure to shop there.
