  Mel and Branden were both very helpful throughout the whole process. From initial enquiry with Branden viewing the property, to Mel organising the approval and lease. It was a breath of fresh air as a Tennant to be actually be treated like an equal human-being. With such respect, kind and courtesy and that is a trait that most property managers and real estates lack nowadays. A happy Tennant is a happy landlord, and a happy landlord is a happy property manager. I would definitely recommend Wilson Britten Morisset

  The current rental marketing being what it is, competitive and most of the time property managers being very disconnected and non-communicative Branden and the team at Wilson Britten we’re so caring and empathetic to our current situation and we’re so communicative and transparent through the whole process. And we eventually were successful for the house!
  
  Highly recommend. Thanks to Branden and the team.
  
  The only feedback I would give is to utilise an online application system like most other agencies (for example: 2Apply) I feel the written application is time consuming and a thing of the past. Also possibly reviewing the need to know applicants monthly expenses. Most of this can be outlined in a bank statement. Apart from that, very happy with the service.

  All the staff @ Wilson Britten in Morisset are friendly, helpful and the customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend Melissa Copland in Property Management as she is very customer focused and really goes above and beyond when it comes to your investments and all your rental property needs.
